Job summary

LaForce, Inc. is seeking an Installer to work at our Denver location. This hands-on role involves installing doors, frames, and hardware in commercial buildings. We provide tools, safety gear, a work vehicle, and cover travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
• 1–2 years of military experience can substitute carpentry/construction experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install doors, frames, and hardware at customer sites and new projects.
• Read and execute work orders accurately.
• Problem-solve on-site to adjust or replace materials for quality installations.
• Adjust or replace existing materials and safely operate power and hand tools.
• Represent LaForce professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

LaForce is looking for a dedicated Installer to work out of our Denver location. In this hands-on role, you’ll be installing doors, frames, and hardware in commercial buildings. We provide all the tools, safety gear, a work vehicle, and cover your travel to job sites. Best of all, you’ll enjoy day shift hours with no nights or weekends! In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing doors, frames and hardware at customer sites and new commercial projects.
• Understanding work orders and executing them accurately.
• Problem-solving on the spot to adjust or replace materials as needed and ensure quality installations.
• Adjusting or replacing existing materials and safely operating power and hand tools.
• Representing our company professionally to keep customers happy and coming back.

What We're Looking For:

We value hard work and determination! Candidates should have 1-2 years of carpentry or construction experience. Experience with commercial doors and hardware is a plus. Additionally, 1-2 years of military experience will be considered in place of relevant carpentry or construction experience. A valid driver’s license with a good record is essential.
