LaForce is seeking Installers in our locations in Green Bay, WI, Madison, WI, and Indianapolis, IN. Installers are responsible for pre-installations of door hardware and the installation of commercial doors and frames at job sites.

Major Responsibilities

• Install doors, frames, and hardware at commercial construction sites or end users
• Understand and execute work orders
• Adjust or replace existing materials, install new materials, and disassemble/removal as per specifications
• Operate power and hand tools safely and skillfully
• Represent the company professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Maintain flexibility in work hours; occasional travel may be required

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of carpentry or construction experience
• Experience in commercial door, frame, hardware installation is a plus
• Trade school or college degree preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Valid Driver's License
