Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a dependable Installer to join our field team. You will safely install and test stairlift systems in customers' homes, ensuring full operability before completion.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship, independent scheduling, and strong customer service. The position involves hands-on installation work, training, and using mobile apps for documentation and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble and install equipment.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, automotive, HVAC, appliance installation, maintenance, or related trades preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications for scheduling and documentation.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a daily schedule independently; valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently install, assemble, adjust, and test Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes.
• Identify and communicate site conditions or installation challenges to the Operations Team and ensure systems are fully operational before leaving.
• Demonstrate stairlift operation to customers and provide a professional experience while representing Acorn Stairlifts with integrity and respect.

What You'll Do
