Job summary

ABB is seeking an Installed Base (IB) Manager in the United States to lead, with BPOs, the strategic implementation and optimization of ServIS within ABB's Service operations. You will drive transformation and process excellence across ABB's global service organization.

This hybrid role starts onsite in Richmond, VA and expands to a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Candidates should bring hands-on ServIS experience, IB management expertise, and strong data governance skills.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in business process management, service operations, IT project implementation, or ServIS implementation.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServIS (more than 5 years).
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce, required.

Responsibilities

• Define IB management strategy and governance; drive global transformation and implement IB processes locally.
• Lead IB processes and tools; support ERP-to-ServIS integration; automate manual processes and monitor data entry.
• Define product data requirements; migrate legacy product information; align IB with ABB Master Data.
• Monitor IB data quality; develop KPIs and track improvements.
• Coordinate with global Service P&T and site managers; lead cross-functional forums and site access.
