Job summary

Brock Cabinets in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our installation team. In this role you will organize installation schedules, communicate with customers, builders, contractors, and internal teams, and support managers and crews with project coordination.

You will track progress, maintain documentation, monitor timelines, and help resolve scheduling conflicts while delivering excellent customer service that reflects Brock Cabinets' commitment to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous office, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred.
