Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules and appointments.
• Communicate with customers, builders, contractors, and internal teams.
• Support installation managers and crews with project coordination.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor schedules to help ensure timely completion of installations.
• Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and installation issues.
• Maintain communication throughout the installation process.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing Brock Cabinets.
