Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Assistant Installation Manager to lead installation projects for in-home and B2B flooring installations. The role involves managing material and contractor resources, coordinating with customers, and ensuring installations meet contract scope and timelines.

The position requires strong communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to oversee loadout and on-site operations. Company offers PTO, wellness program, and incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer systems skills including Microsoft Office and order management software.

Responsibilities

• Locate, evaluate and onboard installer talent to meet customer demand for soft and hard surface skillsets.
• Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
• Regularly evaluate customer satisfaction of subcontractors’ installation work and make recommendations for continued opportunities.
• Foster relationships with installation contractors and coach for continuous improvement.
• Audit projects to ensure materials align with the sales contract.
• Direct allocation of subcontractors based on licensure, qualifications and geography.
