Job summary

Empire Today is seeking an Assistant Installation Manager to oversee installation projects for in‑home and business‑to‑business flooring sales. You will allocate product, supplies, and contractor resources, direct installation crews, set customer expectations, and drive project success through analysis and adjustments.

The role requires strong coordination, problem solving, and communication skills to liaise with managers, customers, and installers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate, onboard, and manage independent installer talent to meet demand.
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and allocate opportunities.
• Coach installers to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Oversee change orders and ensure proper paperwork and payments.
