Job summary

TRUMPF North America is seeking an Installation & Tool Coordinator to support customers and the service team through the installation lifecycle of equipment. You will coordinate installation dates, ensure resources and pre-installation readiness, and monitor installation KPIs to drive customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have heavy call volume experience, strong follow-up skills, and at least three years in customer service or a technical field.

Qualifications

Must have heavy call volume experience.
Prior scheduling knowledge preferred but not necessary.
TRUMPF product knowledge helpful.
Strong follow up skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule installation dates with the customer, technology service teams, sales, logistics.
Ensure resources for installation are available (technician, tools, parts) and the customer is ready for receiving the machine.
Track installations and manage capacity shortages, delays, missing parts, efficiency, etc.
Maintain KPI’s of SYNCHRO installation times in SIS and communicate with the customer to improve satisfaction.
Support technology managers to evaluate field service engineers' skills for assignments and training needs.
Report delays, quality issues to installation/service management.
Develop tools for tracking/reporting and improving installations and coordination.
Manage the assigned installation toolboxes (quality, quantity, calibration).
Travel 10% during training phases to learn the installation process.
