Job summary

Wind River Environmental is seeking a skilled Installation Technician to safely install residential and commercial septic systems, operating heavy equipment and coordinating with customers, health departments, and inspectors. CDL with Tanker endorsement and 3+ years of heavy equipment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical exam, and road test.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call rotations during peak seasons.

Wind River Environmental is looking for a skilled, safety-focused Installation Technician to join our team! If you have heavy equipment experience, a Class A CDL with a Tanker endorsement, and a knack for working independently while delivering top-notch service — we’d love to have you on board!

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $24.00 - $26.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

About the Role:

As an Installation Technician, you’ll play a key role in the safe and professional installation of residential and commercial septic systems, working directly with customers, health departments, and inspectors. You’ll operate heavy equipment like excavators and skid steers, read blueprints and site plans, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
