About the Role:

As an Installation Technician, you’ll play a key role in the safe and professional installation of residential and commercial septic systems, working directly with customers, health departments, and inspectors. You’ll operate heavy equipment like excavators and skid steers, read blueprints and site plans, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $24.00 - $26.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You’ll Do:

Operate excavators and skid steers

Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to determine proper system layout

Install septic tanks

Work with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to complete projects correctly and efficiently

Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and available service options

Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for each job

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:
