Job summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to join our team in Conway, AR. You will install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and customer peace of mind.

You will engage with customers during sales consultations, diagnose issues, perform tests, and document installations and service tickets. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable driver with valid license.
• Ability to obtain alarm agent permit where applicable.
• Basic tools required for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems, including panels, sensors, and cameras.
• Consult with customers to identify security needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
• Test installed systems and perform adjustments.
• Educate customers on use of their systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
• Stay updated on security technologies and industry standards.
