Job summary

Digital Management LLC is seeking an Installation Technician to install, test, maintain, and repair products at client sites in Washington, DC. You will interface directly with customers and ensure system functionality and uptime.

You will install, upgrade, and configure equipment and software, instruct customers on operation, and perform preventative maintenance in fast-paced field environments supporting diverse clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership responsibilities for IT teams on specific customer projects.
• Security+ or equivalent certification required within 90 days of start date.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.

About the Opportunity

DMI, LLCis seeking a Installation Technicianto join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interfaces directly with customers
• Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at the client and/or field locations
• Instructs customers in equipment operation, provides technical assistance, performs preventative maintenance, and troubleshoots equipment for malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
• Installs, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change
• Assembles, installs, and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

• Leads other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers, evaluates design and architecture issues, as well as increases integration of services delivered, and researches current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements
• New hires must have or complete the required certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent) within 90 daysof their start date.
• Security+ or equivalentis required upon hire for Tier 2, Tier 3, and technical roles.
