Job summary

Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Urbana, IL is seeking a full-time Installation Technician to perform quality heating and cooling installations for residential and light commercial clients in Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion Counties.

Starting wage is $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience, with a 60-day probationary period and potential wage increases. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with no nights or weekends for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform the requirements of this skilled trade, including carrying 50 lbs.
• Have own basic hand tools and applicable knowledge of their function.
• Tech-savvy.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Willing to work overtime as needed, especially during the busy seasons.
• Duct fabrication experience a plus.
• Prior construction experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Install heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial clients.
• Perform quality installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm; no nights or weekends for emergencies.

Our installation team works Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and earns $25-$35 per hour, based on skills, experience, and performancе.

No nights or weekends for emergency or scheduled installations. No emergency on call.
