Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer to install and replace heating and cooling systems in homes. You will work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits, ensuring high quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

You will use a company-supplied iPad and integrated software, coordinate with homeowners, and maintain clean, organized work sites.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Two years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems meeting high quality, safety, and code standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Replace old or inefficient systems with new energy-efficient models.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as required.
• Test and verify system performance, airflow, and calibration.
• Review completed installations with homeowners and provide system operation instructions.
• Maintain compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain organized tools, materials, and company vehicles.
