Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Bloomington, IL is seeking a full-time Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.

You will lead installations of heating and cooling systems, coordinate with crew members, and ensure every project meets our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HVAC company experience, an EPA certification (NATE preferred), a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a demonstrated ability to mentor an apprentice.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• 2+ years of experience at a Heating and Air Conditioning company.
• EPA certification is required; NATE preferred.
• Experience developing an apprentice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install cutting-edge heating and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and test installed systems to ensure performance.
• Collaborate with team to meet high installation standards.
• Mentor apprentices and support training.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALLER

Your day is a blend of precision and teamwork as you collaborate with your colleagues to ensure every installation meets our high standards. QUALIFICATIONS

• Active driver's license and a clean driving record
• 2+ years of experience at a Heating and Air Conditioning company
• Commercial experience is helpful/desired
• EPA certification is required and NATE preferred
• Prior experience developing an apprentice

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Location: Bloomington, IL
