Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems across Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion Counties.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating after-hours on-call. We offer medical and dental, Roth 401(k) with a company contribution, PTO, holidays, vacation, bonuses, spiffs, a company vehicle, and training including NATE/EPA

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service technician experience with residential and light commercial systems.
• EPA Refrigerant Handling license required; NATE certifications preferred.
• Own basic hand tools and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Work on-call rotating after-hours schedule; commit to peak-season overtime.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed.

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems throughout Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion Counties.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency service. On-call coverage is limited to 10:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM-10:00 PM on weekends.

Additional company-paid training is provided throughout the year through dealership, distributor, and manufacturer programs. The company also covers NATE and EPA certification costs when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service technician experience
• EPA Refrigerant Handling License

• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons as needed
