Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Urbana, IL is seeking a positive Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems across Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion Counties.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm) and a starting wage of $25–$30 per hour, based on skills and experience. Company benefits include insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Have own basic hand tools; tech-savvy.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work from ladders.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC tech school certificate a plus.
• EPA and/or NATE certification ideal.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems.
• Service, repair, and perform maintenance on residential and light commercial units.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work during regular business hours.

Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. of Urbana, IL is currently hiring for a positive and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems within Champaign, Douglas, and Vermilion Counties.

This position works Monday Through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. There are no nights or weekends. We are industry leaders in this skilled trade and believe that hard work can also be fun.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
