Pella Corporation in Parsippany, NJ seeks an Installation Supervisor to oversee the Installation and Order Verification Program, working primarily in the field with subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to installation instructions.

This role involves coordinating installers, resolving disputes, and managing payouts, with home-office time and occasional meetings at the Parsippany office.

• Monitor subcontracted installers and develop new installers.
• Resolve installation disputes and negotiate/monitor installer payouts.
• Ensure compliance with installation instructions and maintain cost/time efficient teams.
• Schedule and coordinate field work, with some home-office time and occasional Parsippany meetings.

Job description

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Installation and Order Verification Program. The Installation Supervisor works closely with the retail sales process to improve the quality of Pella installations and the customer experience. This includes monitoring of sub-contracted installers, developing of new installers, resolving installation disputes and negotiating and monitoring installer payouts. Through job-site evaluation, he/she will ensure that Pella installation instructions are met and enforced while maintaining cost and time effective installation teams. Typical hours for this role are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and at times may require additional hours. This position works the majority of the time in the field on job sites and the remaining time is typically at a home office. Occasionally attending meetings in the Parsippany, NJ office.
