Pella Windows & Doors of NJ and NY is seeking an Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation and order verification program, working with field teams to ensure high-quality installations and outstanding customer experience. The role primarily field-based with some home-office time, and occasional meetings at the Parsippany, NJ office.

Typical salary range is $84,000–$100,000 with annual bonus, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five to ten years in residential/commercial construction or related field.
• Active Contractors License preferred.
• Ability to develop installers and monitor installation quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and order verification to meet customer demand
• Coordinate with subcontracted installers and sales teams to ensure a positive customer experience
• Manage scheduling and cost/time efficiency of installation teams
• Maintain insurance/licensing documentation for installers
• Monitor installer payouts and back charges
• Review job-site evaluations and resolve discrepancies with homeowners
