Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Installation Supervisor plans, coordinates, and assists in cabinet and stock control installations for new and established accounts. The Installation Supervisor also relocates and repairs existing installations by coordinating with Territory Sales Managers.

- North – Canadian Border
- South – Allentown, PA
- East – Albany, NY
- West – Buffalo, NY
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Hires, trains team on all aspects of installations/revisions (fixtures, product and accessories), evaluates, and maintains the appropriate number of part-time crew members to assist in installations and revisions.
- Uses provided documents to determine the schedule for work and establish manpower requirements based on guidelines.
- Prior to the revision, compiles documents provided by WHQ and the Territory Sales Manager to review the work required.
- Communicates with the Territory Sales Manager on the day of the installation for final instructions, questions, or last-minute changes.
- Oversees all aspects of the installation- fixtures, accessories, revisions, signage and product.
- Completes the appropriate documentation upon completion of installation or revision.
- Provides information on workload, number of revisions, and other information at District Manager’s request.
- Keeps an inventory of the most used parts and accessories for set-ups.
- Maintains a set of tools to be used for installations.
- Informs the store manager, security, or other appropriate store personnel upon entering the store.
- Ensures each installation is set-up according to instructions and diagram.
- Submits weekly expense reports.
- Provides feedback on problems involving fixtures and/or their shipment through the established channels.
- Maintains a fully functioning, company-supplied vehicle, and makes arrangements for routine maintenance at prescribed intervals. AG assigned van is for business use only.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the District Manager.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, stoop, walk, sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, carry or push; reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to lift, push, and/or move up to 60 lbs with assistance.
- Occasionally required to drive long distances to reach work locations.
- Retrieves and acts on written and oral communications from WHQ or management; reads directions/diagrams in English and executes programs at store level.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
Work Environment
- Exposed to a normal retail environment.
- Requires daily travel and moderate overnight travel.
The pay range is $60,467-108,841; actual base pay will be determined by location and the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Experience Required
Mechanical aptitude and prior supervisory experience.

- Proper use of relevant technology (phone, apps, PC).
- Use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, pallet jacks.
- Problem solving skills.

- Basic math skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Education Required
High school diploma or GED preferred.
