Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily production schedules with installers, vendors, sub-contractors and customers to establish installation timelines.
• Interacts with external customers, vendors, and internal staff to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning and scheduling.
• Communicates with customers regarding scheduling, status and technical issues.
• Communicates installation date schedules to internal departments to ensure delivery by deadline.
• Coordinates flow and work orders according to quality inspections and customer requests.
• Maintains accurate records of all trades and uses computerized systems for tracking.
