Job summary

Carter Lumber Company is seeking an Installed Sales Coordinator in Charleston, SC to support the Installed Sales Manager with billing, scheduling, and paperwork control. You will coordinate data flow, monitor margins, and ensure timely completion of projects.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple ongoing installs, with opportunities for growth within the Installed Sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Familiarity with SupplyPro and Buildertrend platforms is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Pulls billing reports, completes final billing, and monitors margins and revenue under the Market Manager.
• Ensures the Installed Sales schedule is inputted and updated.
• Manages workflow of paperwork and maintains information in the database.
• Ensures delivery of material is scheduled and jobs are ready for work.
• Maintains open communication with field installers and Superintendents.
• Creates service requests, orders, and POs in the POS system.
• Keeps schedules and completes jobs on time per contract.
