Responsibilities

• Manages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotes.
• Prepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delays.
• Determines necessity of ancillary project expenses.
• Maintains gross profit levels.
• Ensures reconciliations are completed timely.
• Collects payments as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
