Responsibilities include site measurements, field communications, warehouse support, and strong customer interactions to deliver safe, efficient door solutions for healthcare, retail, and commercial clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in installation coordination, construction, or related field.
• Background in project coordination, customer service, administration, and/or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends if necessary.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all installation jobs including scheduling, labor planning, and job prioritization.
• Manage job move-ups and preferred scheduling with internal teams.
• Create project folders and ensure accurate order entry and release.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and Installation teams.
• Maintain frequent communication with installation technicians and customers.
