Luxer One, Sacramento-based leader in smart locker technology, is seeking an Installation Project Manager to support the Installation Manager with expert installation execution and problem-solving. You will interact with installers nationwide and internal teams to ensure successful hand-offs and revenue-driven milestones.

Responsibilities include owning projects from PO to installation, coordinating with sales, manufacturing, logistics, and support, and ensuring timely CRM updates and risk

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in project management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work occasional early-morning or evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage Projects from Sale to Installation, with clear milestones and ownership.
• Lead Customer and Cross-Functional Coordination across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and more.
• Drive Installation Readiness and identify risks to prevent delays; troubleshoot issues as needed.
