Job summary

Allegion seeks an Install Coordinator to manage SAT projects in Charlotte, NC, liaising with Territory Managers and Operations to deliver on time and within scope. This role drives customer satisfaction and ensures accurate documentation from submittals through closeout.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, construction coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams on site. SAT offers growth, stability, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a project coordinator in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
• Taking ownership of larger projects and being the eyes & ears for SAT locally at these jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the customer and internal SAT departments
• Providing clear communications between customer and all SAT departments
• Attend coordination meetings & trainings as required by customer
• Meet with customers to clarify specific job site requirements
• Assist in the technical feasibility of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Provide Take Offs & be able to provide other project related details for Territory Manager and Operations
• Job Site Readiness Checks to ensure project following schedule
• Work with IC to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Coordinate and document changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and elevate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints
• Give guidance when needed to techs; provide on site supervision
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Provide assistance to customer in obtaining close out docs & signatures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
