You will serve as the central hub among Sales, customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and customers receive an exceptional experience.

• Experience coordinating projects, operations, or administrative functions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HD Pro and Commercial flooring projects from order through installation.
• Partner with Sales Representatives, Installation Managers, customers, installers, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate installation schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts or changes.
• Process and track project change orders with accurate documentation.
• Order flooring materials and supplies and monitor deliveries and backorders.
• Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and customer information.
