Job summary

Chippewa Government Solutions LLC, a STI Federal company, is hiring a Community Planner to guide installation land use, infrastructure development, and investment strategies for our federal programs.

You will analyze data, coordinate with internal and external partners, and support decision making to sustain, modernize, and develop installation assets while aligning with IDP and Master Plan.

Qualifications

• Degree in community planning or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure, land use, or installation development planning.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert to the Facilities Utilization Board and support planning.
• Draft FUB agendas with the Base Civil Engineer.
• Coordinate space, real estate, and new construction requests.
• Ensure proposals align with IDP and Base Master Plan.
• Interface with tenant units and planning bodies to ensure compatible land use.
