Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a skilled Community Planner to support installation land use, infrastructure development, and investment planning. You will analyze complex planning data, lead initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive long-term development of installation assets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Facilities Utilization Board, reviewing space requests, and ensuring compliance with the Installation Development Plan.

Qualifications

• Degree in community planning or related field such as urban affairs, architecture, or geography.
• Experience performing analytical, conceptual, and technical planning work.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and maintain planning products for land use, infrastructure, and investment strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support decision making for installation assets.
