Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in flooring, construction, installation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable working with subcontractors and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily installation crews based on skills and workload.
• Review work orders, layouts, and installation requirements with installers.
• Communicate schedules with installers and the warehouse.
• Monitor work and address scheduling or installation issues.
• Maintain the installation schedule about one week in advance.
• Review installer paperwork and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist onboarding of new subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with installers and subcontractors; assist recruiting.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding timing and estimates.
• Collaborate with sales, office, warehouse, and field personnel to resolve issues.
