Rite Rug is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee daily flooring installation operations in Cranberry Twsp, PA. You will schedule installers, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely, quality work while maintaining strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flooring, construction, installation management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience coordinating installers, subcontractors, or field personnel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of flooring products and installation processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and business systems.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers, installers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day flooring installation operations, including scheduler coordination and job readiness.
• Coordinate installer scheduling and communicate schedules to homeowners and teams.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure smooth installations.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and resolve installation issues promptly.
• Maintain installation records and support performance metrics.
