Job summary

Wayne Alarm Systems is seeking an organized and motivated Installation Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Installation Department. This position coordinates among customers, technicians, Sales, Operations, and the Parts Department to help ensure installation projects are properly scheduled, prepared, communicated, and completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between sales, operations, and customers to coordinate and manage installation projects.
• Manage technician schedules and optimize efficiency.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and project timelines.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness with the parts team.
• Monitor installation progress daily to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Maintain accurate records in company software systems.
• Assist with permit tracking, inspections, and project documentation as needed.
