Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Installation & Operations Coordinator for our client in the Gainesville, GA area. This role focuses on managing installation projects from start to finish (Automatic Doors & Shower Enclosures) in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The position is direct hire, onsite in Gainesville, with an ASAP start and a pay rate of $25 per hour plus a full benefits package. You will coordinate schedules, communicate across customers, installers, vendors and internal teams, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in installation coordination or related field.
• Experience in shower doors/glass or similar.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects end-to-end; primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain installation schedules; ensure readiness and alignment.
• Manage materials, inventory, and vendor coordination; oversee warehouse operations.
• Review technician paperwork and ensure policy compliance; update CRM and warranty data.
