Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Shower Door Coordinator to handle customer requests, quotes, and orders. You will read drawings, understand product lines, and use AS400 and GlazierPro software to generate accurate quotes.

The role requires proactive customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. On-site position with the potential for growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front-line customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Strong math skills with fractions and decimals as units of measure.
• Organized, self-starter who can multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and use estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer requests for quotations, availability, orders, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Understand glass and hardware product lines.
• Read drawings showing measurements for custom orders.
• Use AS400 and GlazierPro software.
• Generate pricing quotes in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of all available products.
