Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Installation Coordinator to support the Installation Manager in maintaining organization and efficiency across the installation team. You will ensure crews have the supplies, uniforms, and resources needed to perform at a high standard.

Key duties include recruiting and onboarding, managing attendance and reporting, overseeing fleet appearance and GPS tracking, ordering supplies, and tracking performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with company software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to hold team members accountable professionally.
• Experience reviewing performance data and maintaining records.
• Ability to collaborate across departments with Installation Manager.

Responsibilities

• Recruit resumes and identify installation team candidates; assist onboarding of new members.
• Handle installer callouts and communicate staffing changes to relevant personnel.
• Monitor installer attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and compliance with company expectations.
• Ensure vans look professional; verify uniforms and appearance; monitor GPS locations.
• Assist stocking and procurement of installation supplies, tools, and hardware.
• Coordinate delivery or replacements when parts are missing or additional materials are needed.
• Track installer performance metrics and overtime; compile reports for improvement.
• Lead go-back tracking to reduce repeats and improve first-time completion rates.
• Participate in monthly installation team meetings and leadership trainings.
