Job summary

Closets by Design Connecticut West is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the installation team, schedule projects from kickoff to completion, and maximize revenue through effective labor planning and customer service.

The role requires coordinating with installation, production, and sales teams to ensure top-notch client satisfaction at every stage of the project, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
• Knowledge of Custom Closet fabrication, construction, or woodworking.
• Verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text professionally and efficiently.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven outstanding customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast, high-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Installers and helpers and manage installation and service projects from start to finish.
• Emphasize customer service and accounts receivable in all interactions.
• Coordinate with Installation, Production, and Sales to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after installation.
• Engage in daily meetings with the Installation Team to discuss training, services, and safety.
