Leaf Home in Fairfield, OH is seeking an Assistant Installation Manager to support daily operations of the installation department, including scheduling, inventory, and coordination with third-party installers. You will help recruit and train installers, manage job orders, ensure on-time execution, and collaborate with office teams while upholding safety standards.

Formación

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home improvement construction and/or residential installations.
• Ability to multitask and meet diverse stakeholder needs.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Installation Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Recruit, onboard, and train third-party installers.
• Ensure daily installation schedule is met and entered into the operations app.
• Order products and manage stock for installations.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth workflow from schedule to completion.
• Follow safety policies and OHSA guidelines on job sites.
