Leaf Home, a leading home improvement services provider, seeks an Assistant Installation Manager in Columbus, Ohio. You will support daily installation operations, scheduling, inventory management, and third-party installer coordination to ensure on-time project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in home improvement installations, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel is local and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Installation Manager in daily operations of installation department, including scheduling and inventory tasks.
• Recruit, onboard, and train third-party installers as needed.
• Ensure daily installation schedule is met and entries are accurate in the operations app.
• Order products based on job specs and manage inventory levels.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth flow from schedule to installation completion.
• Perform administrative duties and assist installers on sites when required.
• Coordinate with Service and Sales Operations to address customer issues on first service call.
