Job summary

West Shore Home is looking for a Shower and Bath Installer in Hartford, CT. The role starts early with a 6:30 AM shift, visiting customer homes to perform safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, while following SOPs and PPE protocols.

You’ll be part of a growing, technology-driven home improvement company serving hundreds of locations. Responsibilities include loading at the warehouse, traveling to sites, executing installations, ensuring clean job sites, and handling

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction — or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone for two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
