If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!POSITION SUMMARY:To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic regionManage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the processAbility to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end resultTroubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customerWork closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needsMust display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issuesPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:1. Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.3. Must have exceptional customer services skills4.
