Job summary

Hussmann Corporation, a Panasonic USA subsidiary, is seeking skilled technicians to install commercial refrigeration in retail environments in the United States. You will oversee on-site installation activities, coordinate teams, and ensure project scope, safety, and quality compliance.

This role requires 5+ years of HVAC/R experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. EPA 608 certification is preferred but not required; willingness to work nights, weekends, or

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification preferred but not required.
• HVAC/R with minimum 5-year commercial experience.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Physically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and out of town as required.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Determine schedules, sequences, and work assignments based on priority and resources.
• Communicate with customers and their representatives including owners and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with internal contracting processes and closeout procedures.
• Monitor forecasted costs and discuss budgets and performance with contractors and owners.
• Coordinate installation/remodel on-site and supervise Installers and Helpers.
