Job summary

Window Nation is seeking an Administrative/Project Coordinator to support installation operations in Detroit, MI. The role involves scheduling installations, tracking materials and labor, and maintaining project records.

You will prepare documentation for crews, assign teams, and communicate timelines to customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of admin or scheduling experience, strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills,
