Essential Functions

To perform this job successfully, the Global Accounts Project Manager may be expected to perform some, or all of the duties listed:

  1. Provide daily and/or weekly updates to Management on Projects/Jobs.
  2. Work with Sales team to design large or complex projects.
  3. Request subcontractor quotes and issue purchase order requests.
  4. Request equipment quotes and issue equipment order requests or purchase orders.
  5. Track equipment orders and source alternates for backordered equipment.
  6. Work with GAID to provide technical assistance and quality control on installations.
  7. Establish project scope of work with the Account Managers.
  8. Conduct project meetings on large or key account installations.
  9. Maintain external and internal client satisfaction.
  10. Coordinate with Account Managers, Local Branches, and GAID to perform site surveys and assist with sales paperwork (proposals, bid packages, permits, contracts, etc.).
  11. Provide oral and written presentations to potential customers explaining their equipment and services.
  12. Prepare formal correspondence in response to customer questions or concerns.
  13. Respond to or forward all customer correspondence within 24 hours.
  14. Handle escalated customer calls as needed.
  15. Monitor and ensure the progress and completion of tasks.
  16. Complete and submit all required documentation timely.
  17. Complete other projects to satisfaction as assigned.

Required Competencies

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, instructions in English.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills in English.
Qualifications - External

Education, experience, and eligibility requirements include:

  • Associates degree and five years of related experience/training, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of standards/practices and panels used in the security industry.
  • Legal ability to work in the US.
  • High School Diploma or Vocational Training minimum.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience.
  • Ability to clear drug screening.
  • Manage local project teams and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of Video, Access Control, Intrusion systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use.
  • Knowledge of company policies and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 10-25 pounds and visit client sites.
Work Environment and Other Requirements

Remote work setup, travel 10-25%, valid passport, PMP preferred, and other physical and legal requirements apply.
