What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate daily installation activities and schedules for Ceiling Lift projects
- Confirm accuracy of Ceiling Lift Assessments and provide updates to leadership
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hospital administrators and contractors, to meet project deadlines
- Review and manage installation plans and quotes
- Prepare periodic reports on project status and expenses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of direct hands-on experience in capital medical equipment installation and process coordination
- Ability to interpret and manipulate CAD, PDF drawings, and technical manuals
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Current OSHA 30-hour Safety Card or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required
- Experience in construction project management
- Advanced training or work experience in healthcare operations
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Quick Base
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
