Job summary

Allegion in Nashville, TN is seeking an Install Technician for Stanley Access Technologies to install or service automatic doors, record time, perform preventive maintenance, and keep accurate records. You will stay up to date with ANSI/ANSI156.10 standards and maintain a professional appearance.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75–100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license without restrictions.
• Able to lift 75–100 lbs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation or service work as designated in profitable and proper manner.
• Record productive time versus travel time.
• Perform preventive maintenance work as designated for specific customers.
• Maintain accurate work records and parts used.
• Keep up to date with ANSI156.10 standards and equipment changes.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools in proper condition.
• Present neat, professional appearance and workmanship.
• Test equipment before leaving job site and perform safety checks.
• Maintain good customer relations and service.
• Instruct and assist others in install/service methods.
