Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Project Manager to join the Install Project Operations & Deployment team that spearheads fast installation of our security solutions on customer sites. You will focus on customer communications, material planning, and site planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Manage ERP-based documentation, review contracts, and lead subcontract crews to achieve KPIs while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
• Interest in technology, IP surveillance systems.
• Experience in a time-sensitive, demanding role.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Sedona ERP software.
• Clear written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure installation components are ready for install.
• Create customer accounts in PM software and company platforms.
• Review installation docs for contracts and objectives; archive records.
• Balance logistics, schedule, cost, and quality objectives for installations.
• Interpret layouts to determine material requirements.
• Communicate project updates to customers and departments.
• Assign/manage installation sub-contract crews, including cost negotiations and scheduling.
• Maximize monthly installations and meet customer needs.
• Work with other Project Managers to meet KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teams.
