Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Project Manager to join the Install Project Operations & Deployment (POD) team, coordinating installation of the Electric Guard Dog on customer sites. You will collaborate across functions, manage material and site planning, and ensure a seamless install experience while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Approximate compensation is 78K-80K annually with a monthly incentive; compensation based on experience, education, and knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years related experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Innovative mindset with interest in technology (IP surveillance).
Experience in time-sensitive, demanding roles.
Ability to read and interpret contract documentation.
Proficient with MS Office and ERP software (Sedona).

Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project components are available for installation.
Create new customer accounts in PM software and other platforms.
Review installation documentation for contractual objectives and save to database.
Balance logistics, schedule, cost, and quality objectives for installations.
Interpret layouts to determine material requirements.
Communicate project updates to customers and other departments.
Assign and manage installation sub-contract crews, including cost negotiations and scheduling.
Maximize monthly installations and meet customer needs and expectations.
Work with other Project Managers to make decisions and meet KPIs.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, sub-contractors, and resources.
