Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the install department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure plans are properly executed.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve.
• Improve field force performance through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
