Job summary

Wisenbaker is seeking an Expeditor to manage the daily scheduling and execution of cabinet/ countertop installs and service calls. You will coordinate crews, verify materials, and ensure documentation is accurate to keep projects moving. This role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and operational precision.

You will support field, design, and service teams, pre-plan upcoming jobs, and maintain timely records. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills under pressure.
• Experience with Wisenbaker processes and Echelon software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily job schedules and updates with crews and internal teams.
• Verify work orders with accurate notes and reserved materials.
• Coordinate and dispatch installers, cover gaps or absences.
• Respond to questions and guide field teams throughout the day.
• Maintain job records, emails, and status reports for timeliness.
• Pre-plan upcoming jobs and review weekly workload.
• Support field, design, and service teams to resolve issues.
